|1¾ teaspoon||Aspartame sweetener|
Recipe by: Skinny Chocolate - ISBN 0-940625-80-6 Place all but 2 or 3 Tbs of milk in heavy-bottomed saucepan. Place cocoa in medium bowl and add 2 or 3 Tbs milk. Stir with wire whisk until smooth.
Heat milk in saucepan to just below boiling point. Scrape cocoa paste into hot milk, and stir with whisk until well mixed. Add farina and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened, about 3 mins.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Stir in vanilla and aspartame sweetener. Divide pudding among 5 serving dishes and serve immediately.
