|2 cups||Cracker crumbs|
|½ pint||Whipping cream|
Wash oysters & drain. In 2-quart round, buttered casserole, layer cracker crumbs, oysters & butter pats. Repeat layers, saving a few cracker crumbs for top. Pepper each layer slightly. Pour cream & milk over this. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes until lightly browned & set.
