scallop cauliflower

3 servings
1 can Cream of celery soup
2 packs Frozen cauliflower, thawed
½ cup Grated American cheese
½ cup Bread crumbs
¼ cup Parsley, cut fine
2 tablespoons Diced onion
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 1½ quart baking dish. Beat eggs and stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into baking dish and set in pan of hot water. Bake about 50 minutes or until firm. Serve hot. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 06-05-95
