Savoy cabbage slaw with prosciutto dressing

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
8 \N Thin slices prosciutto,diced
2 \N Shallots, chopped
¼ cup Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Liquid honey
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
¼ teaspoon Pepper
4 cups Thinly sliced Savoy cabbage
1 \N Carrot, peeled and grated
2 \N Green onions, chopped

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add prosciutto and cook for 2 minutes until shrivelled. Add shallots and cook for 1 minute.

Remove pan from heat. Stir in vinegar, honey, parsley and pepper.
