| 2 cups | Large dry lima beans |
| 6 cups | Water |
| 1 | Onion -- chopped |
| 1 | Clove garlic -- minced |
| 1 tablespoon | Prepared mustard |
| 1 tablespoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ teaspoon | Chili powder |
| 10½ ounce | Can condensed tomato soup |
| 2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
| 2 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| ¼ pounds | Salt pork -- cut up |
Soak beans in water overnight. Pour into slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. Drain. Combine onion, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, tomato soup, vinegar, and sugar.
Mix with beans in slow-cooking pot. Top with pork. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 11 hours.
