Measure | Ingredient |

6 cups | Soybeans -- cooked |
2 tablespoons | Molasses |
\N \N | OR 2 drops maple flavoring |
2 tablespoons | Brown sugar |
\N \N | Juice of 1 lemon |
\N \N | Salt -- to taste |
1 can | Tomato soup |
1 medium | Onion -- whole |
2 tablespoons | Oil |
Mix all ingredients except the onion. Place in bean pot or baking dish. Put the whole onion in the center. Bake in moderate oven, adding a little bean broth or tomato juice as needed to keep moist.
Bake 1 hour or longer.
