| ½ cup | Mushrooms; chopped |
| 1½ pounds | Flounder fillets |
| ¼ cup | Parsley; chopped |
| ½ | Lemon; cut in wedges |
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add fish and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Transfer to a warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
