sausage stroganoff

1 Servings
1 pounds Pork sausages
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms
1 can Tomato paste
¾ cup Water
½ cup Wine
Salt, pepper, garlic & dill
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Flour

Cook sausage, onion and mushrooms. Stir in tomato paste, water, wine and spices. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 minutes.

Combine sour cream and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Stir till thickened. Serve over noodles.
