| 1 cup | Boiling water |
| 2 tablespoons | Margarine |
| 4 | Boned, skinned chicken breasts, flattened for rolling |
| Some olive oil for cooking | |
| 1 | Jar (12-oz) chicken gravy (or your own gravy) |
| 1 can | (15 1/4-oz) whole tomatoes, drained and chopped |
| ½ teaspoon | Dry thyme leaves -or- |
| 1 teaspoon | Fresh thyme |
| 2 tablespoons | Sweet vermouth (or apple juice) |
Mix stuffing, water, and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Place on chicken, roll and secure with wood picks.
Brown chicken in oil in a heavy skillet. Add gravy and remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
