Saucy burgers

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 \N Egg slightly beaten
½ cup Finely chopped onion
¼ cup Fine dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons Ketchup
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1 can 10 3/4 oz. condensed
\N \N Mushroom soup
⅔ cup Water
1 \N Bag Minute Rice Boil-in-Bag
\N \N Cooked

Mix beef with egg,onion,bread crumbs,ketchup,mustard, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.Shape into 4 patties,1" thick.Brown in a large skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties;drain fat.Stir soup and water into skillet and bring to a boil.Return patties to skillet.Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.Serve over cooked rice.Makes 4 servings.
