satay thai (thai satay)

2 pounds Pork tenderloin -- sliced
  Thin or 1" cu
Garlic cloves -- crushed
1 tablespoon Coriander -- ground
1 tablespoon Cumin -- ground
1 tablespoon Turmeric -- ground
1 teaspoon Pepper, white -- ground
1 tablespoon Sugar -- brown
1 teaspoon Salt
½ cup Coconut milk

Mix pork, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, pepper, sugar, salt and coconut milk in a bowl ... thoroughly. Marinate for at least 1 hour ... preferably overnight in the refridgerator.

Put 4 pieces of pork on a bamboo skewer and browl over hot charcoal for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with Nam Chim Taeng Kwa or Nam Chim Satay.
