|2 pounds||Pork tenderloin -- sliced|
|Thin or 1" cu|
|6||Garlic cloves -- crushed|
|1 tablespoon||Coriander -- ground|
|1 tablespoon||Cumin -- ground|
|1 tablespoon||Turmeric -- ground|
|1 teaspoon||Pepper, white -- ground|
|1 tablespoon||Sugar -- brown|
|½ cup||Coconut milk|
Mix pork, garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, pepper, sugar, salt and coconut milk in a bowl ... thoroughly. Marinate for at least 1 hour ... preferably overnight in the refridgerator.
Put 4 pieces of pork on a bamboo skewer and browl over hot charcoal for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with Nam Chim Taeng Kwa or Nam Chim Satay.
[Specifically for Jennie who wanted recipes to use the sauces and likes Satay Thai!] BTW, the same recipe can be used with beef or chicken.
