San francisco stir fry

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Oil
¾ pounds Beef sirloin steak -- cut
\N \N Into thin strips
½ cup Red currant jelly*
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 \N 16 oz. pkg Green Giant
\N \N American Mixtures
\N \N San Francisco style frozen
\N \N Vegetables

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. add meat; cook and stir until no longer pink. in a small bowl, combine jelly, cornstarch and mustard. blend well. add jelly mixture and frozen vegetables to meat.

Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring constantly. serve over rice, if desired.
