| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1 cup | Chopped jalapenos, seeds and all |
| ½ cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 teaspoon | Crushed garlic |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 tablespoon | Vinegar |
| ½ cup | Tomato juice |
