|2 teaspoons||Sea salt,, or to taste|
|1 teaspoon||Sugar,, or to taste|
Discard the husks from the tomatillos. Place them in a blender and add the garlic and chiles.
Blend until pureed, but not liquefied.
Add salt and ½ teaspoon sugar, to taste.
