| Measure | Ingredient |

| ½ cup | Water |
| ½ can | (7-oz) chipotle peppers |
| 2 mediums | Onions; chopped |
| 4 | Cloves garlic; crushed |
| ¼ teaspoon | Salt |
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Puree in a blender container or food processor bowl.
