Salsa burgers

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Ground beef -- lean
2 tablespoons Green chilies -- chopped
½ cup Salsa
1 tablespoon Wheat germ -- unsweetened
¼ cup Egg substitute

Spray broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Shape into 4 equal patties. Broil patties 4" from heat 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. Each serving provides: 2-½ P, ¼ V, 10 C Per serving: 198 cal, 18 g pro, 12 g fat, 4 g car, 256 mg sod, 55 mg chol.
