| ⅓ cup | Mayonnaise; (low fat works fine) |
| ¾ cup | Matzo meal |
| 2 tablespoons | Dried minced onion |
| 1 small | Can tomato sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | Dried minced onion |
| 1 teaspoon | Oregano |
| ½ teaspoon | Basil |
(Adapted from "Spice and Spirit") Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Then top with the last 4. Bake it in a 9x9 square pan for 1 hour in a 350F. oven.
