Salmon roulade

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Smoked salmon; pre-cut
1 pack Soft cheese spread
1 pack Chives; snipped
1 pinch Paprika
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
\N \N Black pepper to season

Mix together the chives and soft cheese spread. Add a pinch of paprika and the lemon juice. Add the black pepper and give it all a good mix.

Overlap two pieces of smoked salmon and thickly spread with cheese filling.

Roll up like a Swiss roll and cut into slices.
