½ cup | Butter -- melted |
½ cup | Fresh lemon juice |
1 cup | Cooked wild rice |
Preheat oven to 350F. Place mushrooms in a buttered Pyrex casserole.
Place= shrimp, cut side down, on top. Season with lemon pepper and paprika. Pour= melted butter over shrimp and bake for 8 minutes.
