Salat znonit beshamenet (radish & sour cream salad)

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
\N \N Black pepper; freshly ground
1 cup Sour cream
24 mediums Radish; trimmed and cut
\N \N ;crosswise into 1/8 inch
\N \N ;thick slices
1 small Onion, red; peeled, cut into
\N \N ;1/8 inch thick slices and
\N \N ;separated into rings

Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and a few grindings of pepper in a salad or serving bowl and stir thoroughly. Beat in the cream a few tablespoons at a time, then fold in the radishes and onion rings.

Taste for seasoning. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
