1 teaspoon | Salt |

1 cup | Sour cream |
24 mediums | Radish; trimmed and cut |

\N \N | ;thick slices |
1 small | Onion, red; peeled, cut into |
\N \N | ;1/8 inch thick slices and |
\N \N | ;separated into rings |
Combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and a few grindings of pepper in a salad or serving bowl and stir thoroughly. Beat in the cream a few tablespoons at a time, then fold in the radishes and onion rings.
Taste for seasoning. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
