Salami pizza

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Self-raising flour
40 grams Soft butter
¾ cup Milk
⅓ cup Tomato paste
1 \N Tomato; sliced
60 grams Salami; sliced
½ \N Red pepper; deseeded and
\N \N ; chopped
½ \N Green pepper; deseeded and
\N \N ; chopped
\N \N Spring onions; sliced
1 teaspoon Dried basil
½ teaspoon Dried or fresh oregano
1 cup Grated cheese

TOPPING

Turn oven to 200 C.

Chop the butter into pieces and add to the flour. Rub it in till it all looks crumbly.

Add the milk and mix it to a soft dough. Knead the dough till it is smooth.

Roll it out to a 30cm circle. Put it into a pizza pan or onto a tray.

Spread tomato paste over the base and top with tomato, salami, peppers, spring onions and basil.

Add oregano and cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes.
