Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Shredded cabbage
2 \N Medium carrots shredded
½ cup Chopped parsley, or 1/8 to 1 /4 dry.
1 cup Thin sliced onion.
6 tablespoons Sugar, granulated
6 tablespoons Vinegar
4 tablespoons Oil, salad
2 teaspoons Salt

o Mix everything together and compress slightly. Let lie for a few hours before serving.
