|1 pack||(4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Sugar- Free Gelatin|
|1 cup||Boiling water|
|¼ teaspoon||Dried tarragon leaves, crushed (optional)|
|¾ cup||Cold water|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
|1 cup||Finely chopped cooked turkey breast|
|½ cup||Seedless grapes, halved|
|½ cup||Finely chopped celery|
Completely dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water; stir in tarragon.
Add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon into 3 individual plastic containers (for brown bagging) or serving dishes. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 3 cups or 3 entree servings.
