Yield: 16 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 cups Rolled oats
3 tablespoons Sunflower seeds
1 cup Untoasted Wheat Germ
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Grated nutmeg
½ cup Soy flour
3 tablespoons Sesame seeds
¼ cup Safflower oil
¼ cup Honey or malt syrup
½ cup Raisins

Preheat oven to 250 F. Combine oats, wheat germ, spices, soy flour, seeds and vanilla. Combine oil and honey. Stir to blend. Pour honey mixture over oat mixture, toss thoroughly so there are no large lumps. Spread out on a large baking pan and bake for 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes to redistribute the grains. Add the raisins the last 20 minutes. Cool in pan then transfer to a tightly sealed jar or jars and refrigerate. Will keep for at least a month.
