Measure | Ingredient |

2 packs | (8oz) cream cheese soft |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
½ cup | Butter |
⅓ cup | Chopped red candied cherries |
1 cup | Lg. curd cream style cottage |
¼ cup | Golden raisins |
\N \N | Cheese |
2 tablespoons | Diced candied pineapple |
½ cup | Sugar |
¼ cup | Toasted almonds (optional) |
1 tablespoon | Fine shredded orange peel |
1 tablespoon | \" \" lemon peel |
Combine first 7 ingredients, beat until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. With a moistened piece of cheescloth line a clean flower pot whole. Put in mix and put on a rack to drain in refrigerator overnight or longer. Unmold and garnish with candied cherries.
