2 cans (16 Oz) Black-Eyed Peas, drained
1 medium Jalapeno -- minced
¼ small White Onion -- chopped
⅓ cup Italian Dressing
½  Green Bell Pepper -- chopped
1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt
2 tablespoons Chili Powder
2 tablespoons Ground Cumin
¼ teaspoon Ground Red Pepper

Combine black-eyed peas with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled with corn chips. Makes 5 cups.
