Measure | Ingredient |

1½ pounds | Round Steak |
2 tablespoons | Canola or Olive Oil |
⅓ cup | Red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons | A-1 Sauce |
1 each | Medium Onion, sliced |
1 each | Garlic clove, minced |
½ teaspoon | Thyme, dried |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
Make a marinade of all ingredients (except round steak). Remove all visable fat from the meat, cut into four pieces. Marinate steak two hours (or more - refrigerate if for longer period). Broil steak, basting with marinade.
