rosemary shortbread cookies

2 cups Flour
½ cup Rice Flour
¾ pounds Butter
⅔ cup Sugar
½ cup Fresh Rosemarry, Chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Combine ingredients. Roll out on a floured board to about ⅜" thick. Cut out cookies. Bake on greased cookie sheet 20 minutes.
