|2 cups||Grated Romano cheese|
|1⅓ cup||Vegetable oil|
|⅓ cup||Olive oil|
|Juice of 2 lemons|
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Chill overnight; remove garlic. Pour mixture into container of electric blender; blend well.
Serve with fresh vegetables. Yield: 2¼ cups.
