| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 cups | Grated Romano cheese |
| 1⅓ cup | Vegetable oil |
| ⅓ cup | Olive oil |
| Juice of 2 lemons | |
| 2 | Cloves garlic |
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl; stir well. Chill overnight; remove garlic. Pour mixture into container of electric blender; blend well.
Serve with fresh vegetables. Yield: 2¼ cups.
