Rolled cheese sandwiches

Yield: 24 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese; grated
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Minced onion
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
¼ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ cup Mayonnaise
\N slice Bread

Combine ingredients; blend. Trim crust from bread slices; roll bread slices thin with rolling pin. Spread with cheese mixture. Roll. Wrap in waxed paper and chill. When ready to serve, cut in 1-½ inch lengths (about 3 to a roll). Place on buttered baking sheet. Toast under the broiler until crisp and golden brown. Serve hot.
