1 cup | red adzuki beans (or kidney |
2 eaches | apples, cored and chopped |
½ cup | celery, sliced |

½ cup | plain green olives, sliced |
¼ cup | green onion, sliced |
¼ cup | parsley, diced |
Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill 1 hour. Just before serving, pour dressing of your choice over salad. Toss and serve.
