| 2 cans | (13-oz) chicken broth |
| Salt to taste | |
| Pepper to taste | |
| ½ cup | Blanched almonds |
| 1 can | (4-oz) mushrooms; drained |
| ½ cup | Chopped onion |
Saut rice in melted butter until light brown. Pour into 9x11 baking dish.
Add chicken broth. Add any or all of the last 3 ingredients. Bake at 350ø for about 45 minutes. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
