Rice crust pizza with polish sausage

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Crust----
2 cups Long-grain rice -- uncooked
1 tablespoon Fleischmann's® Fat Free
\N \N Spread
2 \N Egg whites -- whipped
¼ cup Fat-free parmesan cheese
\N \N Sauce & Toppings----
1½ cup Homemade Italian Sauce
1 cup Mushrooms -- sliced
2 cups Low-fat polish sausage --
\N \N Sliced
8 ounces Fat-free mozzarella cheese
\N \N Grated

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine rice, spread, egg whites, and parmesan cheese; mix well. Press evenly onto prepared pan. Spread sauce over crust. Top with mushrooms, polish sausage, and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
