|1 pack||Frozen green beans, (9 ounces)|
|2 cups||Quick-cooking rice, uncooked|
|1 can||Chicken broth, (13 1/2 ounce)|
|1 cup||Sliced mushrooms|
|¾ cup||Bottled Italian dressing|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped pimento|
|½ teaspoon||Onion salt|
In a saucepan combine green beans, rice, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. In a large bowl combine rice mixture with mushrooms, Italian dressing, pimento and onion salt. Place in the refrigerator and chill overnight.
