¼ cup Toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon Season All, Seasoned salt
1 teaspoon Barbeque Spice
½ teaspoon Crushed dill seed
¼ cup Chopped olives OR Sweet Pickles
¼ teaspoon Marjoram
⅛ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Celery Salt
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
1 cup Grated cheese
¼ cup Milk
½ teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Dry Mustard
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg, ground

The Basic Burger Mix will yield 4 burgers. Add the following herbs and spices to the Basic Burger Mix to create variations on the basic burgers.

Place into smoker/cooker (I use a water cooker) with the water pan filled with cold water or ice. Allow the smoker to obtain cooking temperature, 180-250 degrees. Smoke/cook approximately 1 hour per side.(Total cooking time is approximately 2-2½ hours.) Slop with favorite bbq sauce during the last ½ hour of cooking.

We make up a weeks supply of these at a time. They are absolutely delicious...
