1 large | Bell pepper; cut in rings |
½ cup | Salt |
3 cups | Sugar |
2 cups | White vinegar |
1 teaspoon | Celery seed |
1 \N | Jar (4-oz) chopped pimento |
Arrange cucumbers, onion rings & bell pepper rings in jars. Combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour mixture over cucumbers. Store in refrigerator. Ready to eat in 7 days & will keep up to 12 months in refrigerator.
