|2 tablespoons||Capers (opt)|
|Salt to taste|
|Pepper to taste|
|8 slices||Baguette-style French bread, toasted or grilled (1")|
Dry peppers with paper towels. Chop coarsely. Mix all ingredients except bread; heap atop bread.
