Red barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Onion; Minced
1 tablespoon Garlic; Minced
½ cup Sour Mash Bourbon
½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Maple Syrup
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Canned Chipotle Peppers; Diced
1 tablespoon Adobo Sauce; (From Peppers)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

Saute onion and garlic until golden in butter. Then add bourbon and reduce by half. Cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes..
