Recess (not reeces!) peanut butter cups

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Plain peanut butter
1 pack (11.5 oz.) Hershey's Milk Chocolate Chips or
8 ounces Hershey Milk Chocolate Bar
4 tablespoons Butter
\N \N Cupcake liners, cut to 1\" deep, and set in cupcake wells

Gloria Pitzer (Recipe Rip-Off Author!) In a heat-proof cup set in hot water over low heat, heat 1 cup peanut butter until soft and smooth. In top of double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate with remaining 1 cup peanut butter and butter, stirring until smooth.

Place 1 T. warm chocolate mixture in bottom of each cupcake liner; let set for ½ hour. Top with 1 T. melted peanut butter; let set until peanut butter is firm. Then spoon 1 T. more chocolate mixture over peanut butter layer. Let set until firm.
