1 tablespoon | Oil (more for a richer taste) |
2 \N | Apples, depending on the size, peeled and diced (up to 5) |
½ cup | Sugar |
\N \N | Cinnamon to taste |
1 pinch | Nutmeg (optional) |
4 \N | Eggs -or- |
6 \N | Egg whites |

Boil noodles according to package directions. (about 10 minutes) Add salt and oil. Add apples, sugar, and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Bake in greased (or sprayed with non-stick spray) pan at 350 degrees until golden brown.
