Rec: apple kugel

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Bag egg noodles or no yolk noodles
½ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Oil (more for a richer taste)
2 \N Apples, depending on the size, peeled and diced (up to 5)
½ cup Sugar
\N \N Cinnamon to taste
1 pinch Nutmeg (optional)
4 \N Eggs -or-
6 \N Egg whites

Boil noodles according to package directions. (about 10 minutes) Add salt and oil. Add apples, sugar, and spices. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, and add to mixture. Bake in greased (or sprayed with non-stick spray) pan at 350 degrees until golden brown.
