Razorback barbecue sauce

2 teaspoons Red pepper
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 can Tomato paste
1 \N Lemon (juice of)
2 cups Vinegar
½ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons Chili powder
2 tablespoons Catsup
