Ranch potato crisps

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 mediums Baking potatoes
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pack Ranch salad dressing mix, (1 oz)

Preheat oven to 400F. Wash potatoes and leave skin on. Slice potatoes into ¼-inch thick slices. Place sliced potatoes in bowl. Add vegetable oil; stir to coat. Add dressing mix; stir to coat. Line potato slices in a single layer on 15-inch baking stone. Do not overlap slices. BAke 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are brown. Serve warm.
