Ramon's crab and shrimp casserole

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Butter
½ cup Finely chopped Onion
⅔ cup Finely chopped Green Bell Pepper
3 \N Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Cooked Crab Meat
1 cup Cooked Shrimp
3 cups Cooked Rice
1 \N Jar (2 oz) chopped Pimientos, drained
¼ cup Finely chopped Italian Parsley
2 teaspoons \"Louisiana\" Cajun Seasoning
½ teaspoon \"Frank's\" Louisiana Cayenne Red Hot Sauce
½ cup Breadcrumbs

A) Start the rice.

B) Saute' onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic until limp.

C) Add soup and stir well.

D) Add crab meat, shrimp, hot rice, pimientos, and parsley. Mix well.

E) Pour into greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.

F) Bake 20 minutes in pre-heated 400 degree oven.
