Quick san diego salad dressing

Yield: 2 Cups

Measure Ingredient

1 C. canola oil, minus 2 Tbsp. 4 Tbsp. sugar (or Equal equivalent) 2 Tbsp. sesame oil

½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper 8 Tbsp. rice vinegar 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (Optional: ½ tsp. fresh ginger and 2 tsp. soy sauce)

Mix quickly in blender or jar. Refrigerate several hours to mingle flavors.
