Grease and flour bottom of 13x9" pan. Combine all ingredients except chocolate and nuts in a large mixer bowl. Blend well at lowest speed of mixer; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle with chocolate pieces and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees f. 35 to 40 minutes Recipe by: family recipe
