1 can Chopped tomatoes or

\N \N Salt (only if using fresh
\N \N Tomatoes)
½ cup Chopped parsley
8 \N Shitake mushrooms, sliced
\N \N Into thin strips

Load into microwaive container in layers following order of ingredients. Mix before cooking. Nuke for 3 minutes at high or until hot.
