Quick and easy jerk sauce

Yield: 1 batch

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chopped green onion
¼ cup Unsweetened lime juice
2 tablespoons Dark molasses
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Freshly chopped ginger root
2 larges Garlic cloves peeled and crushed
2 \N Jalapenos stemmed and seeded
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon Dried tarragon

Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender. Serve over beef, chicken, pork, or lamb.

Rampke also suggested trying it on hamburgers, with brown mustard and cheddar cheese.
