| Measure | Ingredient |

| 3⅓ cup | Flour |
| 2 teaspoons | Soda |
| 1½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| 3 cups | Sugar (or 2 cups, works fine) |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 2 cups | Pumpkin |
| ⅔ cup | Water |
| 1 cup | Chopped nuts |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make a well and add sugar, eggs, pumpkin and water. Beat well until smooth. Add nuts, and mix into mixture. Pour into three greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
These freeze very well.
