| Measure | Ingredient |

| 1½ cup | Canned pumpkin pie mix |
| ⅓ cup | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1 quart | Vanilla ice cream; soft |
| 1 cup | Chopped pecans |
Stir pumpkin pie mix. sugar and vanilla into the ice cream. Refreeze. Shape into balls; freeze. then roll in chopped nuts. Place in a pan, cover with foil. Keep frozen until ready to serve. Makes 9 servings.
