pumpkin delights

9 Servings
1½ cup Canned pumpkin pie mix
⅓ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 quart Vanilla ice cream; soft
1 cup Chopped pecans

Stir pumpkin pie mix. sugar and vanilla into the ice cream. Refreeze. Shape into balls; freeze. then roll in chopped nuts. Place in a pan, cover with foil. Keep frozen until ready to serve. Makes 9 servings.
