|1½ cup||Canned pumpkin pie mix|
|1 quart||Vanilla ice cream; soft|
|1 cup||Chopped pecans|
Stir pumpkin pie mix. sugar and vanilla into the ice cream. Refreeze. Shape into balls; freeze. then roll in chopped nuts. Place in a pan, cover with foil. Keep frozen until ready to serve. Makes 9 servings.
