Pumpkin burgers

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
12 ounces Jar of chili sauce
½ cup Mashed cooked pumpkin
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
1 can Condensed tomato soup

Combine ground beef and onion and brown lightly, breaking up meat with a fork. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and let simmer approximately 20 minutes; uncover and simmer 15 minutes longer until mixture is thick. Serve on buns. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 07-11-95
